The wishes of our children.

lI wish all the people were happy. I wish everybody had good Christmas.

oI wish peace in the world. I wish all the children had school, food and friends.

v
I wish all all the children that are ill had medicines.

e
I wish there were no more fights, no discrimination for being black or white or for living in differente countries.

I wish anger, violence and envy dissapeared and that love, generosity and understanding appeared.

Christmas in Ireland

Did you know that the Gaelic greeting for 'Merry Christmas' is:
'Nollaig Shona Duit'   (It is pronounced as 'null-ig hun-a dit')

And Santa Claus is known as 'San Nioclás' (Saint Nicholas) or 'Daidí na Nollag'

The day after Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day (Boxing Day), like in the UK is also very important in Ireland.

The three Wise Men

l

Thank you Lucila.

Feliz 2012
